SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: October 23, 2025

1. Scope and General Provisions

 

1.1. This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the procedure, cost, and delivery times of AromaCore Limited products (electronic diffusers and aromatic cartridges/oils) ordered through the official AromaCore platforms, including the Kickstarter campaign and the website www.aromacore.com

 

1.2. The Policy applies to all countries where AromaCore products are delivered.

 

1.3. For pre-orders and crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter and similar), special conditions apply: delivery takes place after the completion of fundraising and production of the product batch.

 

1.4. This Policy complements the AromaCore Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of discrepancies, the provisions granting the user more mandatory rights take precedence.

 

2. Fulfillment and Delivery Partners

 

2.1. All shipments are handled through the certified AromaCore fulfillment center located in Shenzhen, China.

 

2.2. Logistics are organized in cooperation with international delivery services (including YunExpress, UBI, SF Express, 4PX, DHL, UPS, and others).

 

2.3. Each order receives a unique tracking number for shipment status monitoring.

 

2.4. AromaCore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, customs, or pandemic restrictions, but undertakes all reasonable measures to minimize such occurrences.

 

3. Delivery Times

 

3.1. The average international delivery time is 8–14 business days from the date of dispatch from the warehouse.

 

3.2. For certain countries (e.g., Brazil, India, remote regions of Australia or Canada), delivery may take up to 20–25 business days.

 

3.3. When launching on Kickstarter, AromaCore will publish estimated shipping start dates in the campaign description.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

4.1. The cost of delivery depends on the recipient’s country and the order configuration (1×, 2×, or 3× AromaCore).

 

4.2. Actual rates are listed on the Kickstarter campaign page and in product listings on the official website.

 

4.3. All rates include packaging, handling, and tracking costs.

 

4.4. Shipping fees are paid at the time of order placement or Kickstarter participation. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

 

5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees

 

5.1. European Union and United Kingdom. Shipments are processed under DDP/IOSS terms, meaning that taxes and duties are prepaid by AromaCore. The recipient does not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

 

5.2. United States. Orders valued up to $800 are exempt from import duties and taxes (de minimis rule).

 

5.3. Other Countries. For Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and others, local taxes or fees (GST, HST, VAT, etc.) may apply and are payable by the recipient.

 

5.4. AromaCore takes all reasonable measures to minimize tax liabilities and select the most efficient delivery routes.

 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

 

6.1. In case of loss, damage, or significant delay, please contact us at aromacoreltd@gmail.com within 30 calendar days from the expected delivery date.

 

6.2. Upon confirmation of loss or damage, AromaCore will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund.

 

6.3. Damages caused by the carrier will be processed in accordance with the insurance claim procedure, requiring photo/video evidence.

 

7. Change of Delivery Address

 

7.1. Address changes are possible before the order is dispatched from the warehouse.

 

7.2. After the parcel has been handed over to the courier service, address changes are generally not possible.

 

7.3. AromaCore is not responsible for delays or loss of packages due to an incorrect address provided by the recipient.

8. Tracking and Notifications

 

8.1. After dispatch, the customer receives an email notification containing the tracking number and a link to the tracking page.

 

8.2. All shipping information is available in the user’s account (if applicable) and/or via the link in the confirmation email.

 

8.3. In case of a delay exceeding 10 business days beyond the standard delivery time, AromaCore will notify the customer via email.

 

9. Governing Law

 

9.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

9.2. All disputes are subject to pre-trial settlement. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) or the court at the consumer’s place of residence, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
