All orders will be shipped via tracked air delivery (8–14 business days) once production is complete.
Shipping costs vary by region — details are provided in the table above.
All rates already include packaging, handling, and tracking.

Orders from the EU and the UK will be shipped under DDP/IOSS terms, meaning taxes and duties are processed in advance, and you won’t have to pay anything upon delivery.

For international customers, some countries may apply local taxes or customs duties. While we cannot control these fees, we’ll do our best to minimize additional costs for our backers.

Production and Quality Control:
Stages — EVT → DVT → PVT → MP (Mass Production).
Quality control includes component inspection, assembly verification, and testing of heating, ventilation, and air-channel sealing.
Shipping is handled via tracked air mail; for the EU and UK, delivery is DDP/IOSS (taxes prepaid).
 

Packaging is plastic-free, with instructions available via QR code and in digital PDF format.
