Essential Oils and Safety

Safety is AromaCore’s top priority
We use only purified and stabilized oils that have passed international certification standards.
The cartridges contain seven carefully selected natural oils — rose, lavender, eucalyptus, lemon, mint, rosemary, and orange — the same ones used in the research study.
AromaCore operates exclusively with meticulously chosen essential oils.
Why it matters
Not all essential oils are equally safe or stable for long-term use.
-
Citrus oils (lemon, orange) oxidize quickly when exposed to air — stabilization prevents this.
-
Strong oils (mint, eucalyptus, rosemary) contain compounds that, in sensitive individuals, can cause headaches, airway irritation, or tearing. Purification makes them gentler and safer.
-
Cold-pressed natural oils spoil quickly and may trigger allergic reactions — making them unsuitable for devices designed for long-term use.
Our choice

We use a combination of Rectified + Stabilized oils.
-
The scent remains stable for up to 12 months.
-
Lower risk of allergic reactions.
-
The fragrance stays as fresh as on the first day.
For citrus oils (lemon, orange), stabilization is essential.
For strong oils (mint, eucalyptus, rosemary), purification is mandatory.
For lavender and rose, it ensures premium quality and long-lasting stability.
Quality Documentation
All oils undergo strict quality control and are accompanied by the following certificates:
-
GC-MS — composition report (shows the exact components of each oil).
-
HS-GC — analysis of what actually evaporates into the air (what we inhale).
-
IFRA Certificate — allergen safety and usage recommendations.
-
SDS — safety data sheet (storage guidelines, precautions, and potential risks).

All documents are stored in the project’s Quality Dossier
